Welcome to the breathtaking island of Lesbos, Greece! Are you ready for a unique experience that combines the peacefulness of yoga with the thrill of climbing? Look no further than our Yoga and Climbing Retreat, led by Leo and Nadine, two experienced and certified yoga teachers and climbing instructor.
During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to discover different crags on Lesvos and explore the beauty of the island's natural scenery. We will also offer bouldering activities. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate climber, our team will teach and guide you to reach new heights and push your limits.
Leo, founder of Gati Yoga Retreat, started bolting and setting up climbing routes in 2020 in different small and untouched crags around the island with local climbers. With his experience in yoga and his passion for climbing, he will guide you through dynamic yoga classes inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa but also more steady Hatha sequences and even some Yin for post-climbing smooth evenings !
Nadine, a certified yoga teacher and climbing instructor from Innsbruck, will also be there to help you improve your climbing techniques and enjoy the experience on the rock even more while teaching Shivananda yoga classes.
To ensure a fully relaxing experience, we will include a visit to a traditional Greek spa and offer healthy vegetarian food throughout the retreat.
Please bring your own personal gear, including climbing shoes, harness, and helmet.
If needed, we can provide used shoes and harnesses.
Ropes and belay devices are provided by our team.
It is important that all participants have their own insurance for this retreat.
