Join us for a week of pure yoga immersion in the tranquility of Thermi, Lesvos!
Led by experienced yoga teachers, Léo from Gati Yoga and Elsa from Yogazaz, this retreat is an opportunity to discover a wide variety of yoga practices.
Elsa, a Brussels-based yogi originally from Thessaloniki (northern Greece), brings a wealth of experience in different yoga styles, emphasizing inclusivity in her classes for all body types, genders, ages, and backgrounds. Certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre/postnatal and Menopause Yoga, she ensures a welcoming environment for all participants.
Meanwhile, Leo, a « real Philhellene », mainly living there since 2019, brings an interesting blend of intense Vinyasa (ashtanga inspired) and his new affection for softer styles like Yin.
Together, in this first-time collaboration between Yogazaz and Gati Yoga, they will guide you through daily yoga sessions and meditations in the super cozy and heartwarming atmosphere of Villa Daphnis and Chloé. Classes will be taught partly in a charming Shala nestled among the olive groves and partly in an outdoor theater, to allow you to fully immerse and connect with the natural surrounding environment of Lesvos.
Beyond Yoga, Leo and Elsa will lead you across the island to discover its local tavernas, traditional thermal baths, and the unspoiled landscapes of Thermi amongst other treasures.
This retreat will teach you more than series of yoga asanas (postures); it’s an opportunity to engage yourself in a new and stimulating environment, embracing the elements of sea, wind, air and sun to operate a deeper union (yoga = union) with yourself and the ecosystem.
